A good horse wallpaper however does not necessary have to have the horse in the center. In fact, in some cases placing the horse dead center may not be the best idea. Rather, apply the rule of thirds. This handy guideline aims to have the subject, in this case the horse, one third of the distance from the top, bottom and side of the picture. When the picture has a bright background like snow or a strong light, then it should have the horse nearer. Pictures with a halo effect as a result of the sun also look appealing as long as the sun is not allowed to fall directly on the lens.

A good horse wallpaper is more than an appealing beautiful picture. A picture well taken can also tend to bring out certain emotions. One can relate to such a portrait and this can have a profound effect depending on how he or she perceives it. So the next time you decide to select horse wallpaper, take time to really feel it.
