I know that exercise is an essential component of any weight loss program, so I'm taking this part as seriously as counting calories. I'll probably end up picking and choosing a couple meals from several different sources and cobble them all together into a menu that's more tailored to my tastes.

For instance, there are some menus that feature nothing but low-carb meals, and others that are chock-full of low-fat offerings. Plus, there are plenty of programs for vegetarians, diabetics, and other dieters with special nutritional needs.
I'm a bit upset that I let myself gain so much weight, but at least I've made a resolution to do something about the situation. Once I finish combing through some more free diet plans online, I'll hopefully have lots of healthy, delicious meals to complement my new exercise routine and result in long-term weight loss!
