Get a 30-foot Winnebago for $500,000 and you could end up with two huge flat screens, a luxury bathroom, slide outs, custom-built furniture, handcrafted cabinets, granite countertops, and all the adventure sport equipment you need, all ready to slide out the touch of a button. You kind of feel like James Bond and Bill Gates all at the same time.

And then, no matter what the best place to retire might be that you might routinely find, how can you beat opening your window in the morning and looking at the expanse of the Yosemite National Park one day and Grand Canyon National Park the next?
